I’d like to install a shed back there, but the deed restriction doc is kinda unclear on weather or not that constitutes submitting design plans. Part of me really doesnt want to piss off the new neighborhood, but part of me really just wants to get it knocked out and know that its all the way in the back of my property and no one will care.
